Darrell is amazing. He is friendly , honest, and got to us quickly. Above all, he is extremely knowledgable and proficient. His pricing is fair and beat the competing businesses in the Florence, SC area. 20/10 will be using Dr. Cool for all my future refrigeration maintenance and repairs.

Dr. Cool, AKA Darrell Darby, came and assessed our mini fridge and had it up and running in a jiffy. He's a very knowledgable young man, prompt and professional and worth every penny!! I now have a competent, reliable, refrigeration person to add to my list of trusted contractors!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Darrell Darby Jr. We purchased a Whirlpool full-size upright freezer, and after only 15 months it stop working.
Darrell called us the morning of his appointment to let us know how long until he would arrive at our residence. Darrell was kind, courteous and knowledgeable! Darrell took very good care of us and got our freezer up and running in no time!
