Contacted company was told they would be here Thursday afternoon . No call No show .. They have not contacted me yet . 2 weeks . I called another company who showed up within 2 hours and repaired the pipe with in the hour .

I called City Plumbing and gave my needs to a lady. I ask for an estimate. She told me she would enter a work order. This was on a Thursday. She called back on Friday and told me the owner did not give estimates for out of town calls. I live about 10 miles from Florence. I told her I got them from Angie's List so please place me on their work list. She told me it may be Monday or Tuesday before some one would contact me and do the work. I called on Tuesday afternoon for an update. It was Thursday before I got the call from a plumber. He came and fixed the faucet and went under the house. The lead pipe in question was lying on the ground but not leaking. Plumber told me it did not need to be moved and it was not leaking. The problem was a leaking seal from the toilet and some damaged wood around the toilet. He could see it easily because Orkin remove the insulation from under the house to place new insulation in at a later date. He told me he could not repair it, which I certainly understood. The plumber was there for a total of 30 minutes. The bill took almost 3 weeks to arrive and was $220. I considered that as excessive but paid it and let City Plumber so and I would never use them again. I told them I would not give them a very good rating because of the slowness and high charge for an minimum hour's work.

This was a great experience and they huslte.

Very punctual and professional. Bill seemed high but they did travel from florence to lake city. 300+. Nothing to compare, didn't have time for quotes. Needed it done and he had me taken care of the next day.

They rerouted the new, stronger line away from the tree so that we wouldn't have to cut it down and added a more convenient clean out point. We were very pleased with Richards suggestions on how to fix our problem & improve it for many years of hassle free flushing in the future. His guys were nice to work with, did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Best of all, he came in under budget.

They were very professional, nice, and timely in their appointments. They came with all tools needed to complete job. For what they had to do and time involved it was well worth the money.
