It was fabulous. I couldn't have enjoyed doing business with a more pleasent or professional person. He really made an amazing impression on us. Just the kind of person that I feel good about supporting and giving my business to. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Completely worked around our schedule to meet our time crunch and I couldn't have been more grateful.

Chris and Chad arrived on time, at the scheduled time. They worked diligently for more than 4 hours straight. They lifted their tools to the ceilings, then down all the wall surfaces, and the hot steamy, eco-friendly cleaning began to work. Tar was blasted from the ceilings and was scrubbed off the walls. Although not originally designed for this purpose, the tools worked very well for the task. Chris and Chad were wet, but didn't seem to mind, even joking as they worked. I worked in the kitchen and other small hard to reach areas that their tools would find hard to reach effectively. The steam in the house was so thick at times, that it set off the smoke/heat/fire detectors. They worked from room to room, non-stop, doing a 1,200 sq foot house, top to bottom. The last step in each room was to steam clean the carpets thoroughly. I thought we would be there all day and maybe until dark, but not so. They arrived promptly in the morning, and were done in under 4 hrs 30 minutes including set-up and pack-up. As they left a room, you could smell the difference immediately. The next day, the carpets were dry and smelled great. Not every stain came off the walls, but 95% did!! I am very very satisfied. I highly recommend Carolina Surface Restoration, and will be calling them again to clean carpets and tile (before listing it) in the house I am moving out of. Professional, hard-working, non-smoking, flexible, reasonably priced, and a cleaning process that just can't fail!! What more can you ask for??

We just moved into a rental home that had been sitting empty for a few months and felt like the carpets weren't as clean as we hoped they would be. We contacted Carolina Surface Restoration and they were able to come out the next day, before all of our stuff was moved in, to clean our carpets. The service tech was incredibly friendly, polite and professional. Additionally, he provided some helpful information on how to handle stains on our tile and then cleaned the tile in our entry and two bathrooms without an extra fee, which was awesome. AND he called to get more information on how to best clean the laminate flooring through the rest of our house without us asking him to do that. I would highly recommend this company!

I have 4 pets and white carpet so was in urgent need of someone to do a thorough carpet cleaning. Carolina Surface Restoration was referred to me by a friend, so I called and had a consulation that same day. The price quoted was VERY reasonable and scheduling was a breeze. The team came out and was punctual, professional and very thorough. My carpets look like new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet cleaning (they were even able to remove a spot that a previously used company had been unable to remove)!!
