Patrick the tech was very friendly

He came and reported cleaning out my sewer. two days later the same problem occurred. also left me a quote saying i needed to change sewer line from cast iron to PVC. I already have PVC sewer from house to city main line. I made several calls to consult with technician but they never returned my call.

The repairs took over three hours. Much of that time was in locating and buying the parts. I am most sure why those parts had to be bought at local hardware instead of being available and on the truck. They had faucets that could be installed on the truck but not parts to repair. That makes me wonder if the company is more about selling and installing faucets than repairing plumbing. Also, the repairman admitted to being unvaccinated. That is irresponsible of the company to not encourage their employees to be vaccinated.

Showed up on time and performed the work as expected. Would hire again!

Excellent experience. Technician was on time every visit made. He was knowledgeable and did a clean professional job. Communications from office was excellent as well between receiving phone calls and text messages.
