Aaron was wonderful. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and did the job as expected. He also cleaned/ vacuumed up after himself, as he has to drill during the process. I would hire him again for another job.

I told the office staff what I had for a water heater. The service tech showed up, gave me a price, and had the new tank on his truck. He was able to call a coworker to come out in a new electrical box. It was seamless. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Came on time...called ahead...offered veterans discount we didn't know about...explained eveything....this was during the quote. Started the job right then...he even checked with another co worker when he had a questionable problem...which showed us that this company hires thinking individuals....a definite plus!

I asked for two estimates for a plumbing problem. Though I scheduled them several hours apart, they both came at the same time. I introduced them to each other, and told them to work it out. After they discussed the problem with each other, the Ben Franklin plumber decided the other company would be less costly for me and so he graciously backed out and left the other plumber to complete the repair. I really appreciated his courtesy.

The office was very courteous and patient. The plumber was very quick as well as neat and professional. I will call them for my plumbing needs with no reservations.

Price was high for a 15 min. job - bill did not break down parts and labor, just a total.

They did a halfway job the first time and charged me 347.00 then when they had to come back thy charge me 347.00 plus after 4 pm 129.00 the first guy found napkins in the drain then stopped grain cleaning, the second guy did the right thing and snaked the full drain and found a big grease clog the real problem, so, no, I do not recommend BEN F.

My technician came and fixed both toilets in our home. He was fantastic and was very good at his job. We are extremely happy with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
