both workers were real nice and professional as was karen who made the appt. i thought the job was a little pricey although i'm not familiar with rates in this area.

they were very professional. Let me know what and when things were being done. Gave a good explanation of the problems and what needed to be done to correct the problems.

Derek and Arron did a great job with installing a new water heater in a different location than the old one and also Derek installed a fantastic shower panel. Rob, from their associated company Mr. Sparky, did a great job of handling all of the electrical needs of the project.The guys were very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with how customer oriented they were emphasizing that they wanted everything to exceed my expectations, which they did, and emphasizing the service after the sale they represent. Also, did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and removing all of the trash. Would highly recommend.

Installers were very personable, paid attention to detail, and customized the installation as necessary to fit the existing configuration of the home.

Very professional arrives quickly on time fast service did a nice job. I thought they charged a little too much for what they did but they said that was the going rate.

Leroy was a nice gentleman that tried for several hours to unclog my main line to the street, unsuccessfully. He couldn't get his snake beyond a T. To B. Franklin's credit, he didn't try to charge for a job he couldn't complete. That's why I rated the customer service as a 5.0

The installers were on time and very neat. It was a tough install in a small closet. The installation was completed in one and a half hours. The hot water tank works very well and has a great warranty.
