Extremely prompt. It was a non emergency problem (outside faucet replacement) corrected within 24 hours of initial call. Considering the travel time, cost of parts and time on the job, it was somewhat expensive, but very professionally handled. I would call them again, but for a larger job, I'd get competitive bids,

Keith came early and took his time to make sure that he could fix my problem without new parts, saving lots of money. I gave him another job while he was here and he was finished very quickly and gave me good advice to avoid needing him in the future. Wow, Refreshing.
