Wayne was very professional. He took his time & explained they job & the process. He went over fees without trying to up sell. He did a great job. I m definitely going to use him again. Only issue & not really an issue the job was a little pricey to replace a toilet. However I knew that going in from reading prior reviews & would rather pay a little extra for guaranteed quality work.

A little stiff on price but everything relating to tank installation was first rate...would recommend

Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous. I decided against electric tankless water after discussing with them, and saved considerable amount of money by getting a more efficient electric tank model.

Labor and parts came in way over what we talked about and. Product was two new toilets, labor and 5 year warranty on parts and labor. $1200. Quality was good, work was good, service was good. Only one choice in high rise fixture, Nice looking. I just wanted it done and over with, so I had not checked out prices. My fault in came in over budget.
