+ -1 moreThey came and looked and without doing anything else the young man said that the pipe was clogged (I know it) that it was old and that changing it would cost 9 thousand dollars or so. They didn't arrest it and they charged me 99 for the inspection, I didn't want an inspection, I wanted it to be removed. I paid 99 dollars to tell me what I already knew and he sat in the car for 3 hours. I want my money back
