I got the call from a tenant that they had no air on a Saturday night. Brad had someone there the next morning and repaired the unit. I have used After Hours many times and they have been excellent.

I've reviewed this company when they replaced my upstairs A/C unit, that was nothing short of top rate professional. Now temp dropped down to the twenties and downstairs unit was just not heating at all. Made call to Brad and though he had other jobs on going he stopped off before going home. The trouble, a bare wire. He didn't just tape it up he replaced it and tied up all the other wires so they wouldn't rub. Also, replaced the fuse since it looked like it was about to go. Had to force him to take at least a half service call charge. Here's what really floored me, three day later with a pending snow storm he texted me to see if unit was still running right and said if we had any problems to call. I just wish he did more than just HVAC work.

It very well My family and I were very satisfied with the service.
Description of Work: On a very warm day in August 2010 my A/C Heat Pump Failed. In desperation I Grabbed the Local Yellow Pages and Called several A/C repair Services. The only one who called me back was After Hours Heating and Cooling. Since it was 9:00 - 10;00 PM the owner called me back and begged off in as much as he had barely had time for meals as he was so busy and requested to make a repair visit in the Morning. He arrived at my home early the next morning and informed me that he was sure what part had failed. We had turned the ceiling fans and opened the windows to the cool night air which made the house comfortable enough to sleep that night. In less than 20 minutes the offending part was replaced and the Unit restarted and has been working ever since without incident. He ( Mr Brad Grimm) returned within a week and did a full service call on the Unit and vacuumed the ducts. The cost for the repair and service call was about $300.00. My family and I were very pleased with the results and the ultimate cost.

Our downstairs a/c unit was not cooling. We called After hours and they came out early the next day just as promised. They recharged the unit, came back the following morning (just as promised) and replaced a part that was under warranty. We were kept informed and they were very professional. Won't hesitate to use them again!
Description of Work: We have a tri-level home and noticed the downstairs unit wasn't cooling properly. New to the area we asked our friend/ realtor for someone he could recommend. He suggested After Hours heating and Cooling. We called and they came out early next day just as promised. They recharged the unit came back early the next day as promised and replaced a part that was under warranty. They were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way.

I was very pleased with the service We received and would recommend this Service.
Description of Work: We called this Service when our heat pump went down in August 2010. They were swamped When we called ,not suprising since it had been very warm that whole week. They asked if they could come the next day. They were at our home at 08:00 AM, the following morning. They went to the heat pump and told us what had caused the machine to malfunction. t took them about 1/2 hour to replace the failed part. They came back the next day to clean out the ducts.
