Description of Work: My downstairs bathtub would fill with water when the washer drained. There was a blockage in the system that needed to be removed.

Description of Work: Had wiring problems in water heater. They came within a few hours and fixed the problem.

Description of Work: Josh and his team totally upgraded all my home plumbing. We gutted our house for a major repair/remodel after suffering significant fire damage. I am not one of these people that think phone calls should be returned in minutes. I know Josh and his team are busy but we always got a return call within a day and most times even sooner. He was receptive when we changed our minds and he explained the change order well. We still have a small portion to go for the project to be completed, but I am very satisfied and have no doubt that I will be just as satisfied when it is all totally done.

+ -1 moreTwo plumbers arrived "exactly" on time as per my appointment to access my situation. After some "detective" work in which they pulled my submersible pump out from the bottom of my well they explained to me in clear detail what it would take to fix my problem. I okayed the repairs. They didn't have all the necessary parts so they called another plumber in their company who arrived in short order with all necessary parts to make the repairs. They replaced the submersible pump, check valve, pump pressure switch and other misc. fittings. The job overall took approx. 2 1/2 hours. They were very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I thought the price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely use their service again and would recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, checked pipes, replumbed shower, replwced pipes in bathroom, and installed sink. Very professional and very reasonable priced. We will be using them again.
