Description of Work: Man came and gave an proposal which I accepted. He said his people would come within the next week. That was 8/24/16. I have left messages and received no answer.

Description of Work: I would use them again for sure. Mike was great and was able to schedule me in a couple weeks time during the busy season while all of the others were telling me 8,12, or even 16 weeks out. He also had great suggestions about what type and where to position downspouts (or rain chains as we decided upon) to not spoil the architectural lines of the house or attractive brick work. He was super accommodating and worked with our landscaper's schedule which wasn't always easy.

Description of Work: Mike Radhs, owner of 360 Gutters, was a delight to work with. He was a little slow when responding to my request for an estimate to have gutters installed. Once he found out I was an Angie's List member, he was prompt. He price was great even without the Angie's List discount. He rearranged his work schedule to accommodate the timing of the installation. The work was done quickly and as he stated, I would have never known they had been there except for I now have gutters. He also installed 2 large rain barrels for me. He is a polite professional and I would highly recommend Mike and his company, 360 Gutter.

Description of Work: Am still waiting for a quote! Called them weeks ago. Supposedly came to the house and looked at gutters -- wanted a quote for gutter guards. Left a card in the front door. Called several times. Guess they don't need my business.

Description of Work: They put one new rain gutter on the house, and corrected the position of an old gutter. In addition, they installed a leaf guard on both gutters.

I had to order a rain chain and upon receiving he set up installation and did a great professional job even though it was a smaller installation I would definitely recommend and use 360 Gutter again...

Description of Work: Mike, the owner of 360 Gutter, is one of the hardest working small business owners I've ever dealt with. From the very first call I made to him, to the completion of the job yesterday, he was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. He made three different trips out to our house (a round trip of approximately 40 miles), in order to address our needs and questions, and to clarify a minor misunderstanding. He upgraded our existing gutter system, installed additional gutters, and by so doing, corrected a major drainage problem that we have been dealing with since the original gutters were installed several years ago by a different company. The actual work took a whole day to complete--by Mike and only one assistant, and the quality of the work is outstanding. He has a very pleasant personality and is very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for gutter work.

Description of Work: The representative came by and gave me an estimate for the work in early December. We planned to do the work in January. I called to schedule the work the first week in January. No response. I called again a week later. No response. Can't evaluate when the guy never returned calls.

Description of Work: Replaced gutters in back of house; added gutters to front of house | |Mike came out in July to give me an estimate for the work. We discussed replacement of gutters in back and the issues we had with water pouring over the gutters where we had a couple roof valleys. He said diverter plates should handle the job. When I mentioned another company suggested larger gutters, he said they were not needed and could be heavy; the diverter plates work to move the water out to the sides and down the downspouts. When we went around to the front, I mentioned wanting them around the porch, but didn't really need them across the entire front. He pointed out another roof valley and recommended extending the gutters with a diverter plate past that valley. He could still put the downspout at the edge of the porch. He was the third estimate and no one else pointed out the front valley. He was also the least expensive of the three. We decided to use 360 Gutters, and ordered them with the leaf guard across the top. He wasn't able to do the install until September. When we scheduled it, I left for work that day and passed his truck/trailer coming into the subdivision. By the time I got home, the work was done and there was no evidence he had been there--other than the new gutters. We have been happy with the work. The diverter plates did reveal some roof issues later, but the gutter work is fine and I like not getting poured on when I go out my doors if it is raining! I would recommend Mike and 360 Gutters.
