I must admit , I procrastinated and found myself within a few days of my offer expiration... talked to Mike but couldn't get a date done.... No service was performed

360 Gutters came to our house, on time, gave a detailed estimate and was very nice. Set up a time that was mutually agreeable. They showed up on time and did a better job than we ever expected and made the house look great. Thanks for the job these guys did.

He was very helpful when he came to see our house and plan the job. He was precise in calculating the cost. It took a month and a half for him to be able to do the job, but he notified us when we reached the top of his schedule. He was quick completing the job once started and took excellent care of the shrubs in the area his team was working on. He was careful to notify us that he had miscalculated too high on his original estimate and charged us the lower (real) cost rather than sticking with the estimate we had signed for. I find that a true sign of honesty and professionalism. I would do business with him again, just for that reason alone.

Mike showed up as scheduled, gave a very thorough estimate, and installed gutters and downspouts at an extremely competitive rate.

The installation was good. Mike is a easy person to talk to. He is very personable and very knowledagble of his craft. The only problem is his business is a company size of two people. Meaning he has to make sales calls in between installations. That is okay as he is a small businessman. Couple negatives, mainly because of allot of previous days of raining, meant our promised installation was pushed out two weeks later. Then I was promised a rain barrel, yet as of this writing he hasn't delivered. But, overall though the gutters turned out real good and have held up well in the first rain. The only thing I can say about this contractor to Angie's list viewers, is Mike does good work, but be patient as I believe he gets allot of jobs as much as over a month out in my case. FYI I got 3 bids. 360 was the lowest value.

They showed up on time and finished within 3 hours. They were friendly, professional and neat. We used a coupon from Angie's LIst and received a great price. We have a 5 year warranty and he offered to come clean the gutters if we needed it. I love the look of the gutters. I will recommend them to others in our neighborhood. Several of our neighbors has used their services and were very pleased.

Mike was very professional....did an outstanding job. Very pleased.

Overall, I was pleased with the work of 360 Gutter. However, I was not happy with the final price as it was not as I understood from as written out in the proposal or from our conversation. The proposal I received on 7/8/13 was not itemized, it was sloppy, and was very confusing. I understood my cost for material and labor would be $382 (including my $200.00 discount for voucher). I broke this down further on my notes taken from the proposal as $238 for the leaf relief inserts and $144 for resealing, hangers, screws, miters and misc material, etc.) With my $200 voucher, this seemed a fair value. (I was told he could also install a rain barrel for $65 if I was interested, which I was). However, when Mike returned a week later to add the leaf relief inserts (he did not have them on his truck during the previous visit), I was told they were not part of the $382 I had already paid. He informed me that I would owe an additional $208 for the leaf relief inserts (and $59 for the rain barrel). In the end, I paid 360 Gutter $649 to include my $200 voucher. Not a deal!!!

It went very well considering all the rainey days we have had, it was done in a timely manner.

He called me on Monday and told me (daughter) he would be here geographically Thursday or Friday and that he would take care of it then. On day of work, called and told me he would be there shortly and was. Asked if anything was different or if anything needed to be discussed- nope, he went straight to work. He did all the work quickly, the gutter tool is amazing and he did all the work within 90-120 minutes, including sealant. He walked the property, removed any item that may have been left and cleaned up where he did the sawing. After putting all his equipment up, he walked us around to show us what he did, and then went over the sealing times associated with the hole sealant. He told us that if we had any issues at all to call him or if we needed a clean up in the new gutters, he would come out and do it if we called. He was a pleasure to do business with. I wish that all my experiences in the future with household maintenance and cleaning are this easy

It did not go well because nobody showed up on the planned service date. After some follow up phone calls, a new time was set but no show again. After some additional follow up, it was explained that they were awaiting mechanical repairs. I tried to make some further follow up calls, and left messages, but 360 would never call back.

I located Mike and his company on Angie's List. Mike was very responsive and gave me a bid after measuring and asking for my input as to what I wanted. Mike's bid was competitive, but I could see his professionalism and desire to do a great job. Mike did not fail us. When we were ready for installation, I contacted Mike and he arrived right on time and began installation. The work was superb! Everything that I wanted. I had ordered a rain chain and Mike brought with him a down-splash in anticipation that I had not thought of it. (which I did not). Mike and his associate worked for many hours and several times, I would ask questions. Mike was so accommodating and eager to answer my questions. My neighbor could see the awesome job Mike was doing that when Mike was finished with my job, my neighbor wanted a bid as well. I cannot say enough about Mike and his company, 360 Gutter. The warranty is great with a free cleaning and a maintenance program that will fit your budget. This man and his company certainly deserve our praise. Thanks so much Mike.

Mike and his company are very nice to work with! He was helpful in picking out the color for our gutters so they matched the house and did not stand out. He is very hardworking and efficient and if any thing needed to be moved for the installation, Mike made sure it was placed back exactly as it was. While he was working he noticed some trouble with our brick work and made sure to show us. He has integrity. We can't say enough good about him and his company!

The owner, Mike, came to give an estimate and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Out of 3 companies that gave estimates, I felt he had the best plan with fewest downspouts, by far the best price and he seemed genuinely interested in fulfilling my needs and wishes. He was responsive when I called with follow up questions. He notified me when his start date had to be delayed due to so many rainy days and we worked out a mutually workable start date. He and his helper were here on time and had the job done in record time. They cleaned up their trash and left my yard clean and neat. I am very pleased with the beautiful work and love the rain barrel that he suggested installing. I ordered the barrel I wanted and he installed it for me. It is working great. I really appreciated a follow up call to ensure I was pleased with their service and asked if he could do anything else for me. This service was above and beyond my expectations and the price was most reasonable for the services rendered. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have gutters installed on their house.

Mike gave me an estimate which was very competitive and we agreed to the installation. The gutters were installed and then he went home never asking to be paid. When I spoke to him he stated that my wife was not feeling well and e did not want to bother her. I did not know how to thank him for his kindness. I then reque that he come by ASAP so he could be paid. I would reccomend 360 Gutter not only based on the excellent work and his caring for my wife. This is a person I would recommend to anyone needed gutters.

We contacted several gutter companies before deciding to go with 360 Gutters. The owner of 360 gutters was by far the most professional of the group. Unlike most companies, he took the time to explain to us what he wanted to do and why, what options competitors had proposed and why we didn't need them, and also took time to hear what problems we were having and how to solve them. He was a big supporter of current/prior military as well, both in talk and in price. We followed up with him after our first rain storm and he offered to perform some minor tweaks free of charge. He was the cheapest of the companies we contacted, but I would have gladly paid more for the service provided. Gutters are one of those things I rarely thought about, but I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again with our next home purchase.

I used Them about 2 weeks. They seemed to do a good job and seemed to be honest. He got everything done, cleaned up after himself and everything.

Mike even made gutter for my kid's playhouse. He got the work done quickly and it is beautiful! Very professional and he takes your thoughts and concerns and runs everything the way you want it. My main house was complicated because of the stone columns but he got it done.

We contacted several contractors for estimates. 360 was the last contractor I called after finding him on Angies List (I am glad I did). Mike is professional yet "people friendly." Actually I'd called 360 gutters last year for an estimate, but we decided to wait for the work to be done. When Mike came for this estimate he actually rememered me and the house from last year. We have an area on the breezeway connnecting the house to the garage where ther are three different level of roof. Some of the other contractors suggested the area would be a problem, some saying they could not promise we would not have leaks in that area. Some wanted to put in an extra downspout, (I thought that was a very unattractive solution to the problem). Mike looked at it and had very easy solution, (he ran the longest section in one direction into a downspout and the other two in the opposite direction into a downspout and guaranteed it would not leak). We have had a couple of rains; he is right, it has not leaked. Mike gave me the Angeies List discount even though it was not mentioned in his ad. But the clincher was when he offered the package with the free yearly gutter cleaning. I dont generally write reviews or recommend conatactors, but Mike of 360 Gutters is an exception. I highly recommend 360 Gutters. I plan to hire them to complete the remainder of the house and garage next year. Thanks Mike you are the best!

360 Gutter was installing on a nearby street and we stopped by and asked for a "free" estimate which they advertise. They came to our home as soon as they completed the work they were doing on the neighbor's home. Very quick response to our request and very reasonable estimate. We hired them on the spot. Very professional, family owned business. We had to work around some rain issues but once it cleared up they were here and installed in a matter of two hours. The company is licensed and insured and offers warranty on their product and installation.
