I wanted to go back and amend my previous review on here and set things right. Mike contacted me and made good after everything that happened before and I appreciate it very much. Knocked the gutters out in a couple of hours and they look great.

We were not able to schedule immediately, but plan to call soon to get gutters replaced and installed for our entire home.

They did a good job. It took a long time between the time I got the estimate and when the work was done. However, when he did the work, I was very satisfied.

I originally called 3 gutter vendors to request quotes. This is the only one that returned my call. Evidently business is good---too good to return calls. I was impressed with Mike when he came to do the quote and hired him on the spot. He said he would be out in about 2 weeks to do the install but that he'd have someone remove the old gutters "next week". A couple weeks passed and nothing...so I called back and he came out after about 4 or 5 weeks to remove the old gutters. Few more weeks passed and nothing. I called a few times for status and was apologized to and told they'd be out soon. After more than 9 weeks I'd frankly given up. In fact, I mentioned to my wife that if he didn't show up the next day that I'd send him the check for removing gutters and then tell him not to come out to install...we'd find someone else. As it turns out, he did arrive the next day. The installation was quick and the gutters look nice. As far as I can tell its a professional job. All that said, when someone tells me they'll be here in two weeks and it takes more like 10 weeks, I feel I've been more than patient and reasonable. Would I call them again? Probably not----at least not if I had other options. Do I wish him the best for his business---yes. I labored over whether to bother with this review but I felt it appropriate given the headache of being put off more than 9 weeks for a job promised in 2.

They called the day before and showed up on time the next day. Mike was very friendly and professional. He took the time to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We have already recommended them to my best friend. I highly recommend this company!

This was my second time doing business with Mike and his company 360 Gutters. On this occasion, I saw him installing gutters on a neighbor's home and asked if he could relocate some down spouts on the front of my home. The location of the spouts at the time emptied water onto the driveway and although it got the water away from the house my wife didn't care for the location very much. I told Mike my story and he agreed to make the changes after he finished the installation on the neighbor's home. Not long after making the verbal commitment, my gutters were repositioned and the wife and I were both pleased with the outcome. Mike was a friendly and professional guy whom I would do business with again.

Their timeliness stood out. The cost was great. They were very professional. They got the job done on time.

Everything went very well. Owner of company came on a Saturday to estimate the project and gave us the estimate. His pricing was very fair, with full explanation of what would be done, and covered warranty. We were put on his schedule and the job was performed very nicely, and functions wonderfully!

Mike and his Team were excellent and provided a beautiful, finished product at a very fair price. I would recommend 360 Gutter to anyone. Could not be happier with this job.

Mike is prompt, courteous, professional and thoughtful. I would highly recommend him.

It was a very difficult job, but small. His price was more than fair. He returned to reduce the length 4 inches to make it farther away from my neighbor's lightening rod. I interviewed 4 other A rated Angie's List Gutter Companies for the job. HIs price was better. He was more professional, more knowledgeable and more courteous. He fit us in sooner than would the others as well. My neighbor, who is very hard to please liked him too. I plan to use him again.

Our house (approx. 3200 sq ft) had no gutters or downspouts, so we contacted Mike at 360 Gutters. The next day, Mike was at our house and gave us a surprisingly low estimate, so we scheduled the work to begin in a few weeks. There were no surprises, the work was done efficiently, and the gutters look and work fine. Just excellent work!

Very professional and courteous! People skills are wonderful and very respectful of our property! Mike who is the owner and an assistant performed the work to be done and they did an exceptional job. They both, definitely took pride in their work and cleanup was fantastic! I received a few quotes and Mike was competitive in pricing and offered more possibilities that we could do without putting more downspouts in! We are very pleased that we went with 360 Gutters! In fact we are planning to use them again in cleaning gutters and adding filters to our existing gutters. 360 Gutters is a good company that is very knowledgeable! You cannot go wrong! They are a busy company and we had to wait a little while for them to come out, but they are worth the wait. Thank you 360 Gutters! Very pleased!

Mike at 360 Gutters, LLC was great. He was very prompt giving me a quote. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options and recommendations. I did have to wait quite a while to have the work done because of all the rain we have been having. Mike returned my phone calls promptly when I became concerned about the delay. My gutters were repaired and installed today and I couldn't be happier. It was well worth the wait. Everything was completed exactly as promised. A beautiful job! My yard was left spotless. Other then my new, correctly installed gutters you would never know that he was here. I'm extremely happy with the work 360 Gutter did. I would recommend them to anybody needing new gutters or repairs on old gutters.

After the estimate I only heard from him one other time after he didn't do the work the first time... At which point he apologized and told me another time he would do the work. No show no call again with several messages unanswered!

This was an Angies List special deal. Took a while (two to three weeks) to respond to the deal. Took another few weeks to actually perform the work.

After having gutters done very well at my home, Mike has failed to complete an estimate,much less the work on my rental home in spite of multiple left messages over the course of months. I have wasted $100 buying this deal

Everything went as expected. I'm a picky customer, but I have to say there were no surprises, the work was done well, and the owner/operator was very professional.

Received a detailed from Mike and we agreed to start the job several weeks later. We were not home when the work was done and were pleasantly surprised to see the job complete when we got home from work. The cleanup was done well. Could hardly tell anyone had been working around the gardens on ladders. Very competitive price and the workmanship was excellent.

Contacted Mike about an estimate and he came out very promptly. His cost estimate was inline with others I received and I chose 360 gutter based on Mike's enthusiasm and customer service. It was a few weeks before I contacted Mike to do the work and I told Mike there was no rush to do the job as I knew it was a small project that would need to be worked in. I followed up with Mike on two occasions afterward to see where I was in the queue. It ended up being about 4 weeks before Mike came out to do the work. But, this wasn't an issue for me. Mike handled the permit for the work and even came out late one evening to meet me for the signature. I offered to make more convenient arrnagments to sign the permit but Mike was very willing to go above and beyond to make it convenient for me. His crew came out and did the install in just a few hours. The gutter install looks nice and is working well. Clean up was good and no damage to the landscaping that was below the gutter installed. I would receommend Mike and his crew for your gutter needs.

Since we never heard back from Mike, we moved on to find another contractor. We ended up paying significantly more to get the job done, but I don't regret our decision. I don't think it is a homeowner's job to track down a contractor who has already agreed to do work for you.

Mike Radhs with 360 Gutters was very responsive, punctual and efficient. He did an excellent job, the work was done as promised in the Big Deal, and I will call him for additional work in the future. I recommend him to others.

Mike was very patient, friendly and professional. He was prompt an did very fine work. We are very pleased with the overall workmanship. We would highly recommend him.

From first contact to install, professional is the word. Called when he said he would, and showed up when he said he would. Gave suggestions on best placement and offered two sizes of material. Gutters were installed today and they look great. Can't really tell they are there - blend nicely, very unobtrusive. Bring on the rain!

360 Gutter arrived in a timely manner with estimate. Shortly after the estimate ( aprox a week) they arrived and did a great job. Very fast and efficient. Would definitely hire again.
