+ -1 moreHe was childish and did not like his work criticized because it was substandard. (Who does but it very much was). He was docked some of his final payment because he had no intention of returning to finish work or provide a finished product. We overpaid for non-service. We in essence were our on contractor but paid Rick for it.
Description of Work: From the get go Rick Worley lied and said he was licensed and bonded. Our mistake for not being on Angie's list at the time. He gave a three week time frame and upon week seven we had enough. It was supposed to be a bathroom remodel. He did very little work himself and left early and started late everyday.

+ 1 moreThey installed the cabinet bases and that was it. It was an unprofessional job all around. One of the subcontractors was wearing flip flops to the job. Rick Worley, the owner, wanted $5,000.00 up front which I gave. He claims he is insured and bonded and licensed but it turns out he is not (even though this was put on our contract). I asked him to show the builder's liability insurance and I asked him to send me copies of all this information (contractor's license, proof of insurance, etc) and I never heard from him. One of the subcontractors hasn't been paid either and he said he would never do work for this company again either. Some doors were ordered for me and I was able to get those so I could finish the work myself. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself that I paid him to do as he never finished anything. I would never recommend him and I would warn anyone against using this company.
Description of Work: We had a contract to do some remodeling work. He was replacing some cabinets for me and doing interior painting, as well as some kitchen work such as installing granite coutnertops.

Description of Work: Rick Worley (zack Cooper Builders) is a thief. He has a great presitation and talks a big game but in the end (or half way through)he will screw you to the wall. He lied, stole and lied some more. He stopped paying subcontractors half way through our home addition project and used our money to
