 + -1 moreOther than laying the sod, the landscaper performed poorly. The job lacked the necessary details to earn a good grade. The ground was not properly prepared as above.... i.e. removing all roots, old grass, grooming level, etc. The actual laid sod is simply a sloppy job. There was little or no attention to detail to assure the new lawn is even, level and properly planted. This landscaper did not meet my expectations.
Description of Work: Home owner had a centipede lawn. All grass was to be removed and all roots taken out. All dirt to be tilled and raked free of debris. Dirt will was supposed to be used to fill in areas as needed to assure a smooth dirt base. The new sod was to be fresh and carefully put in place. All edges should be packed to assure growth. The homeowner should be 100% satisfied before payment is requested.
