Trinity Window Cleaning

Very nice crew but quality of work fell well below what would be expected for the price paid. The outside of the house was pressured washed well. I was well pleased with that. But the WINDOWS were another story. You wouldn't know most of the windows were cleaned which I paid for. Lots of streaking and water stains on the outside. A real eye sore. The crew uses Clorox and some detergent and that's it with the high pressure hose. The spider webs may be gone but the windows do not look clean and clear. Surprisingly the screens were not removed. So the high pressure hose just pushed the dirt around behind the screens! The inside windows were also included in the price. But the inside crew's wiping towel/squeegee had a MUSTY ODOR which permeated the whole house when he finished. After appealing to them to try and diminish the smell the men did go back and wipe the windows with a clean cloth. A modest improvement which I trust will completely disappear soon. After asking about the tracks of the windows I was told they normally didn't do that. But the gentleman did take a cloth and wipe them out - but still not really clean. Were my expectations too high? I don't think so. The men were extremely courteous and well intentioned. Genuinely so. For that I'm thankful. But I'll try another company next time. Window cleaning doesn't seem to be the company's forte. "A" on the home. "C-" on the windows.

Job partially done, company was paid in full, but the company never returned to finish the job.
