Stephen answered my call and came out to my house the same day to give me an estimate to fix a leak in my roof. Stephen and his crew did an excellent job fixing the leak in my roof and all debris was cleaned up in the yard. Will definitely contact Shelley Custom Roofing & Construction for any future roofing repair.

My roof was badly damaged by a hail storm. I called several contractors but their prices were outrageous. I then called Mr. Shelley he came over and inspected my badly damaged roof and gave me a great price. He’s a very honest and professional person with a great staff. He’s not the type of person that would take a vantage of anyone. If you should ever need a contractor Shelley’s Custom roofing & construction is the way to go.

I had a major siding and deck replacement job, and after having met with over 10 contractors and local business decided to use Shelley Custom Construction LLC. Not only were they the most affordable, but Stephen was extremely personable and a pleasure with whom to work. He was very responsive (which was surprisingly one of the biggest challenges in getting my renovation started) and obviously took great pride in his jobs and the work of his teams. There was no 'sign up today and get 10% off' heavy sales pitch or pressure to purchase more than I needed that I experienced with several of the larger companies, and Stephen was straightforward and honest about his thoughts on what I needed and the options available. I was kept up-to-date during the entire process, knew that I could reach out with any questions and would receive a timely response, and was shown a great willingness to address any concerns or make adjustments that were I requested. Shelley Custom Construction LLC made it clear that my satisfaction was their top priority, and I fully plan to use them for additional projects in the future.

Stephen and Arron did a great job on our remodel to convert a dressing room off of our master bath into a full bedroom. They had to close a couple openings and open up two new ones, move some electrical and added a hallway closet. Very professional, quality work. Final price was as quoted. We would hire them again.

I did not see the written estimate and steve told me what was going to be done .That went well. I signed the contract and did not read the fine print which states that the home owner is liable for payments that the insurance does not pay for.After the job was complete I received the estimate which was outrageous so the insurance only paid a little over half.. A mechanics lien was delivered to my house saying I owed the remaining money which by the way they added interest because the first one I did not pay. Some of the things Steve was asking for the insurance paid for and other things they didn't pay. I filed a complaint with the Dept of Insurance so now I'm waiting to see what happens. I don't have the money to pay this so I have lost sleep and my nerves are shot over this.. Please find another contractor for your roof job and don't hire Shelley Custom Construction. I had Allstate as my insurance company. I was not in good hands with them either. This whole business transaction is a nightmare. Steve assured me that the insurance company would pay this.

Mr. Steven Shelley helped me tremendously and save me a lot of money by guiding me concerning an insurance claim for roofing damage I thought I would be tens of thousands out-of-pocket but his knowledge and dealing with the insurance company I'm sure they're coverage. And his company came through with a roof replacement completed in a professional manner. However I also needed other jobs done from major repairs including painting a house and minor repairs he fairly quoted the job a line contractors and inspected the work done I truly appreciate the work done on my behalf and would use mr. Shelly over again I highly recommend him.
