Nature's Creations installed a new double-vanity in my master bathroom. The space for the new vanity was between two walls, but the space was a couple of inches smaller than the vanity and vanity top, so the guys had to cut the vanity and the granite vanity top to fit into the space. All in all, they did a really good job. My only complaint is the vanity doesn't appear to be even in the front. The installation was done while I was at work, so I didn't get a chance to see if they could fix the issue while it was being installed. It's possible the wall is uneven which would limit what they could do, but again I wasn't home to ask them. All in all, I am satisfied with the work they performed and would definitely recommend them.

The initial contact to arrange a meeting and schedule the service went well. Our contact person was prompt and accommodated our need for quick service as I was preparing to put my house on the market to sell. However the day of the service did not. They were scheduled to start at 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM, but didn't arrive until 9:35 AM. We received a call at 9:05 AM from the person we coordinated the service with indicating that his guys had a late start and would be there in about 10 to 15 minutes. However I had to follow-up at 9:30 AM when they still hadn't arrived. Instead of receiving a sincere apology when I inquired as to why they hadn't arrived yet, I received an insincere apology with an attitude in the tone of his voice. I even inquired why was he speaking this way to me when I'm simply asking a question as to where are his guys to perform the granite fabrication service. He stated that he had called to say they would be late and I responded yes you did, but you said they should arrive in about 10 - 15 minutes. Which would have been 9:20 AM and its now 9:30 AM and they are still not here. I further stated I don't understand being late more than an hour for the 1st service of the day considering typically this occurs as other services run over and delay following services. He responded that he hoped they hadn't gotten in an accident and that he had did me a favor getting the service scheduled so quickly. I reminded him he set the time as we said were open for any time that day. But we had taken off from work to be here at your designated time of 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM and the estimated one hour service time, yet as we continue to speak they still have not arrived. He responded that he could have just told me 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but I reminded him that he hadn't given that window. He then responded that maybe I should just send the guys back when they arrived, I agreed that would be best if this type service I could expect from this company. So they sent away when they arrived uninjured about five minutes later. In general the person we dealt with provided poor customer service. He was very nasty in his comments and voice tone when they did not reasonably arrive for a scheduled service. A company should be prepared to expect customers to inquire on late service, provide a sincere apology instead of excuses, and handle service coordination.

It was very good. He came out looked at the job and gave us a quote. He helped us pick out the stone and gave us suppliers to chose from. He was on time.

I liked the final product - excellent job. They did the project within the lunch hour (about 2 hours later) because they do the cutting themselves (they don't ship it out like other companies). If I had another project in the future to do, I will definitely use them again.
