Moreno Stucco

The first meeting was very cordial and professional. It was requiring the coordination between another contractors and Mr. Moreno. Once the work was completed by the roofing contractor Mr. Moreno was to return and make the repairs of stucco around the chimney. On several occasions he was delayed on other jobs or out of town and could not make the scheduled appointment but finally after weeks of this and no further follow up, Mr. Moreno would not answer the phone when called. Several messages were left over a period of weeks but after three months since the onset of contact, and the job still pending after he quoted it, no follow up calls to schedule the job have been made. We had great confidence in Mr. Moreno's experience and hoped to have worked with him but find ourselves truly disappointed in being mislead that he would do the job causing wasted time. Now it's causing us to start the process all over again.
