I called the builders about 4 months in and was told to wait for my year walk through and everything would be handled then. Turns out, because I waited, I was told because the lights were installed before I closed on my home they were out of warranty. But the problem is, everyone on this street got the same lights and they all rusted. The woman, Jennifer who answered the phone tried so hard to help me resolve the issue. I offered to pay the upgrade price so I didn't get the same poor quality lights. Was told I would get a call back. No one ever called, they just sent a guy to replace the lights because I made a formal complaint with the home builder. They used the same lights!! The same lights they admitted had issues! Then they acted as if I should be happy that they replaced them at all!! If a company knowingly installs poor quality materials on full neighborhoods after knowing that they have issues, how can they be listed on Angies list with high marks? The customer service woman was very kind and friendly and I could tell she had her hands tied, but as for the rest of the company, they need to wake up and actually sit down and put some thought into what they are selling!! Now in a couple more months I will have to go and pay someone else to install better lights. To be 100% honest, I have purchased 15$ lights in the past for my other homes that lasted for many years. But this home is supposed to be of much higher quality, as I spent almost double building it. My main question is why do they still continue to sell product that is faulty? Buyer beware. I am sure they will continue to shine light, but as for quality of material, these things should be pulled from the shelves and never put on another home...until the manufacturer figures out what is wrong with them and fixes the issue.

I really like this company. My electrician is Scott. He knows my house and has done a number of jobs for me. I always ask for him and the office staff knows to send him to my house. They show up on time or as with today they were 30 minutes early. There is great coordination between the work crew and the office. They communicate well with me to let me know when I am booked for a service call. They are responsive, don't nickel and dime you to death and they clean up before they leave. Couldn't ask for better. Even my dog loves them!
Description of Work: Installed a half hot switch for me in my dining room. That was for this visit. They have done several jobs for me throughout my renovations. Came recommended by my contractor.

We haven't really had any electrical problems from the house itself. They did some extra work for us when they were building the house. It was money in their pockets. I have no opinion because they were working with the contract under the general contractor for the under the house stuff. We found out later it was a large family affair. Branham is the family of the general contractor on his wife's side so everything we used was named Branham. We had the whole family involved in the building of the house. The work got done but I don't know if they met their schedule with the general contractor. They were pretty professional. I would probably call 2 or 3 electricians in town in the future and they would be one that I would call.
Description of Work: We used Branham Electric to wire our house when we built it.
