I really liked this fella. He was thorough and provided me with a lot of information on the current state of my attic. When I have this kind of money I will call them back.

Amazing owner. Because he could not get into a certain area he went above and beyond and installed some wood slats I had that I was going to need to do anyway. His recommendations were spot on and he was incredibly friendly. These guys are worth bringing in no matter what you are doing in the attic and insulation space to at least give you a second opinion. A++++

They came early Monday morning and started cleaning out the attic. That was worth the price of the job itself! They put everything that we were throwing in our trailer to go to the dump. The rest they put in the den so I could go through it. They built a pad to sit things on and put a zippered tent over the access stairs. They blew in about 2 feet of insulation. They cleaned up, put the 4 items I wanted returned to the attic in place and left us with an insulated, neat attic! They did a great job, were friendly, professional and I was delighted tp have our attic cleaned out and insulated again after 35 years!

He was very professional and reasonable. He also adressed issues that I could not see.I kept the quote and will use him if I decide to do the work.

The vendor contacted me very soon after I purchased the deal, came out promptly to inspecd the attic and made recommendationsfor 'buttoning up' the attic. I have a one story home and most of the energy loss is through the roof. We made arrangements for him to come and build the platforms. After the initial build, I asked for an additional platform which he added and made plans to build the walkway to the gable end. He cut a hole in the roof and vented the hood range outside - sealing around all openings with rigid foam. The initial work was done on a Friday. The following Monday he and a helper returned, constructed the attic walkway, packed the old whole house fan with insulation and built a box to cover. They then removed items from the attic so I could determine what needed to go and what would be returned to the attic. They then blew in the additional insulation, returned items to the attic as necessary and then installed the attic dropdown stairs tent. A few days later the vendor had a drywall installer come and remove the whole house fan grill from the hall ceiling, patch, mud and finished the patched area to match the remainder of the hall ceiling. The patch work was done very well, unless I knew there had been a whole house fan in the ceiling - I would not be able to determine where it had been. Everyone was professional and polite. This was a great experience and I recommend this vendor without reservation.

We were very happy. Mr Slaughter discussed our needs and provided a printed detailed estimate. The work was done quickly and professionally. The attic tent is awesome. All in all I selected Attics Are Us based on their Angie's List reputation and was not disappointed at all. I can see why they are highly recommended.

Jim and his partner (his son) came exactly at 7 AM as promised and finished the job within 2 hours. They also removed items that was just being stored up there at no cost. Jim also came by and installed an attic fan exhaust on his own time at no additional cost. Guy was very nice and professional.

Attics are Us is a very professional organization and really go out of their way for customer satisfaction. They completed their responsibility and then-some. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future to insulate the attic.

Steve & Jacob Slaughter are a very prompt and professional team. Steve came out to give us an estimate. He did a thorough inspection of our attic, which included pictures to show & explain areas of needed improvement. What a vast knowledge of expertise he has. He explained what he was proposing to do and said he'd follow up with a written proposal. Even after the work was completed in a 120-140 degree attic, he took the time to listen to to my chatter & suggested some helpful improvements from outlet insulation to security light bulbs.This post has been edited to let you know the comfort in temp this morning was greatly noticed!!!!!!!.I can't wait to see the difference in our electric bill Our experience was of complete satisfaction & would highly recommend ATTICS ARE US !!!

They came on time and did as previously mentioned a very thorough Roof and Attic Inspection. This was to determine the cause of condensation buildup in what used to be a large closet that was renovated into a bathroom and I needed to find out if the Builder was at fault. They came in with an arsenal of instrument to determine where the problem was and even helped me start a claim with my insurance company according to their findings. Great service, follow up and would use them again if the need arose!

Highly recommend. From the first phone call I felt like I was dealing with a knowledgeable company, and that my business was important. I believe that recommendations were made based on what my home actually needed, and not to meet a sales quota. Pricing was fair, they arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to walk us through the attic and point out everything they had done. They even made some helpful suggestions for storage solutions that we intend to complete in the future. Great experience, wholeheartedly recommend.

They were great, they did a great job. They came out about January. They re-insulated the attic in the house. They were very professional.

I had no problems scheduling an appointment and he arrived on time when he said he would. He spent about 45 minutes on the inspection and followed up with the estimate for additional work quickly. He was nice, polite, and cordial. He followed up with two emails after our initial contact to follow up and see how things went with another contractor as well. I had no problems with him. The work was a little more than I had expected and I have not yet moved forward with it.

Awesome! Steve and his son are very professional and personable and quick to respond to requests. They had the job completed within a week of contacting their company. Their pricing was very reasonable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insulation inspection and bid, or for correcting an insulation problem. They are knowledgeable and willing to spend time to explain the specifics of their trade.
