They installed a fence, the pickets were rough cut on all the gates. Uneven lengths and angles. The worker used a reciprocating saw. Splinters all over the gates. I even offered him a precision saw. The installer Chris said this was his last job, and he was in a rush to go on vacation so he didn't have time to correct what he purposely screwed up.

Trey Lambert, nor a company representative, never showed up at the scheduled appointment time nor did they ever follow back up with me. I actually scheduled the appointment at the time that was convenient for them. This is no way to run a business. I DEFINITELY do not recommend them.

It went very well. Trey kept in touch with me and always showed up when promised. The job was done well and no mess was left on the property. I was very pleased with the work and the results. It was a pleasure to work with Advanced Fencing.

The response times were always extremely quick. He was able to be scheduled for the installation only two short weeks after initial contact. He went out and flagged our yard to make sure we were happy with where the fence would be installed. As first time homeowners and only having bought our house a couple of months ago, we were unsure how long or difficult the process of installing a fence would be, but they definitely made it extremely easy and smooth for us. The end result was a beautiful privacy fence that I am excited to show off to friends and family.

AFS was great at communicating with us (in Tampa) and my mother there in Elgin. The price was fair and mom is very happy with the work. AFS was able to reuse the old gate and moms yard is secure once again.

Installation took two days and was done by professional installers. Trey gave suggestions on where would be best to put fence as our yard is uneven and on finishing the look with arches which I really like. He was responsive to questions and communication via text and phone. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

I am highly impressed with and absolutely recommend this company. I plan to use them again in the future. Trey called me right away after my request for a quote and he not only came the same day for the quote but also made all the repairs needed that day. In fact he went above and beyond by fixing a few loose boards I hadn't even noticed. Communication was prompt and courteous and I felt like he genuinely cared about helping and not just trying to make a quick buck like some companies and handymen will. I don't often write reviews but when I receive such great service and work, I like to share that with others who will be in the same position as I was in yesterday. When you want work done right by someone who actually knows what they are doing and from someone who understands customer service also, Advanced Fencing Solutions is definitely the company to hire.

Chris and crew did an excellent job. He was so easy to work with and went over and above all expectations. Neighbors have commented on the quality of the workmanship and we are so very pleased with this company.

Trey was great. I called after finding them on Angie's List. Trey got back with me quickly and he came out that day to do the estimate. The only delays we experienced were from rain, which can't be helped, and during all the weird weather, Trey stayed in touch with me the whole time and kept me updated. He did everything promised and then some. I would hire again in a minute!@

Chis was very prompt and responsive to my request. He first went to my house and marked off the area to give me a quote. I ended up moving the flags, so he had to come back out and meet me, and worked around my business hours, to give me a final quote. Great quality workmanship, and done in the time that he said it would take. I gave him a check for half of the job, and was able to final bill electronically, once I was satisfied with the work. Which I was completely satisfied.

I initially contacted All American Fence Services. Joe came out and gave me an estimate of $1800 to fix everything. When we did a walkthrough, found his estimate included replacing second gate which I didn't need. He said he would give me a new estimate the next day and that was the last I heard from him. Advanced Fencing Solutions was recommended by Angie's List so I contacted them. Trey or Chris came out, took a look at the problem, and gave me a price of about $850. I agreed and the materials were ordered. They showed up on time and did an excellent job on both gates. I would highly recommend them.

Chris was very quick and professional when we requested an estimate. He came to our house in a timely manner (and actually showed up when others were no shows). He gave us a very fair price with his estimate, and we could tell he used his connections to get us the best price possible. We scheduled the fence installation for approximately 2 weeks after we agreed to the estimate, but told Chris we'd like to start sooner, if possible. He called us a few days later letting us know a job cancelled and we could move forward if we would still like to. We were impressed by his follow up and that he called my husband by name every time they spoke on the phone. Chris and his team showed up on time on the agreed date and took only 2 days to complete the entire fence installation. Chris was the main person we dealt with on his team, and he was incredibly kind and professional. We absolutely recommend him and his team to our family and friends! Our two dogs agree that Chris and his team did an excellent job.
