 + -1 moreWork was performed on schedule. Side garage door you can easy access dead bolt. Exterior flood lights worked for two weeks and have not worked since. Replaced bulbs several times and they don't last more than a week.

 + 0 moreDue in part to weather (rain) the garage was completed almost 2 1/2 weeks later than planned. We also lost time due to the excavators blowing out a garage wall by putting too much pressure on the wall with a dump truck full of dirt by backing the truck into the foundation. The framers were great. The roofers were great. The siding people were great. The electrician was great. The cleanup was very good. The final result was very good.

 + 0 moreI could not have been more satisfied. The existing building had a brick footing and vinyl siding. The new addition blended perfectly.
Description of Work: I had a 22x26 addition which included a finished 12x22 exercise room added to an existing poolhouse. After it was finished it matched perfectly. I could not have been more pleased. As always I would get several quotes for your project but would absolutely include Vicars Construction in that list. You will not be disappointed.
