He was very thorough in his explanation of how to contend with termites and other pests, offering lots of advice on alternative (especially non-chemical) treatments and ways to contend with pests before needing the more intensive services his company offers. We signed up for an annual termite inspection and decided to try to deal with another pest issue on our own, knowing that we can turn back to Strickland if our efforts don't work out.
