Rodriguez Painting

Mr. Rodriquez was very easy to work with. He responded to me quickly, and was very patient to understand all that I wanted done. The actual job was prolonged over two different weeks due to the weather combination of cold and snow, but the end result was great. His staff were very professional and cleaned up everything perfectly. Mr Rodriquez explained all the different types of paint and finishes he was going to use, and made suggestions where necessary. I had no issues with any part of the job. I'd definitely use him again and have recommended him to others already!

This is the second job they have done for me. Once again they were great. They actually were able to do the job earlier than quoted. They came in and got the job done quickly. The quality was great and they made sure I was happy with the job. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Jose and his team painted the interior of one of my rentals houses. There was also some sheetrock work that had to be done. He was on time and professional for the initial inspection and quote. He gave a fair price and was willing to do a few extra things I needed done. Once we gave him the green light to start work, they showed up and finished when they said they would. One minor issue came up and he immediately took care of the problem. I have already had him quote and start another job for me on another rental property. I highly recommend him!

My wife has hated the popcorn ceiling since we purchased the house in the early 90s but we never got around to removing it until the torrential rains this fall caused some ceiling damage on the sheetrock. I called and Mr. Rodriquez came within 24 hours to give me a quote. His price was very fair and he gave me a timeline of when he thought the job would start. While the continuing rainy weather and our holiday plans pushed the timeline back a bit, Mr. Rodriguez was very good at keeping me informed. The job started on a Monday and was completed in two days, one day under the maximum timeframe we were given. They were able to repair all the sheetrock that we thought was ruined/damaged and fixed a cosmetically unattractive repair that was done by the roofing company when one of their workers put his foot through the roof several years ago. The job was completed early, with no additional costs to replace sheetrock we thought HAD to be replaced. The painting was first class, the crew was professional and I could not have asked for a better job or crew. We now move on to painting some rooms in our house. When I start getting bids, my first call will be to Rodriguez paining.

The painter stated that he would confirm on Thursday AM Sept 3rd that his people would come either Friday, Sept 4th, or Monday, Sept 7th for the job. I reminded him that Monday, Sept 7th was a holiday, but he said that was a day that they would work. I waited for a call on Thursday morning, and then in the afternoon I called and he told me that it would be Monday morning at 8 AM. I confirmed and reminded him this was a holiday, he acknowledged. My wife and I decided getting the work done was more important that visiting my parents in Charleston over the week-end. We got up this morning (Monday AM, Sept 7th) and got everything out of the way. At 8:25 I went to get my phone to ask Mr. Rodriquez where his people were, and had a message from 8:00AM from Mr. Rodriguez - "Due to today being a Holiday....." I will let you fill in the rest. I returned call to Mr. Rodriguez and he apologized and asked if they could do the work any other day. I told him no, that I would find a more responsible business owner. I am beginning to wonder if any of these people that supposed have A ratings on Angie's List actually deserve the rating, or if this is a marketing gimmick by Angie's List.....

The lead person was Christian and he seemed to be motivated to perform the work well. They arrived as expected and the work was completed in the time promised. I was very impressed with the work and the professional manner they went about completing it. They also cleaned up the area when they finished to the satisfaction of my wife and that says a lot.

I rushed home from work to meet for our appointment and he was a no-show with no-call. I called him after waiting 20 mins or so. He said he didn't have me down in the books but remembers talking to me. He didn't apologize just said he could come out another day. Why would I believe you would show up this time? This whole week is now a waste of time because now i have to start the process over with someone else, very disappointing because his other reviews were good.

Jose and his crew were incredible. From requesting a quote, until the end of the (3) day job, he was quick to respond, accountable, friendly and very knowledgeable. He originally quoted us 3-4 workers and he would complete the job in (3) days. Unfortunately, he had only 1 or 2 people working each day. However, they worked tirelessly and to our surprise finished in (3) days. The work was flawless and he and his crew moved furniture and even, helped us hang some large paintings afterward. Any questions or changes I wanted were addressed immediately. He made me feel very valued as a customer and I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Projects like this, can be tiresome for a family. Although, this process was very easy and the workers were polite, hardworking and did their best to work around my wife and (2) children. I wish there was a higher rating than an A, because that is how I would rate Jose and his crew!

We were very pleased with Rodriguez Painting, we recently purchased a home and wanted to get rid of the dated popcorn ceilings, they provided a very reasonalbe estimate - they beat the compitition hands down. I was able to add on some much needed painting for a total price of less than what we had been quoted by other companies. They knew that we had a time table of when we needed to move in and promised to be able to get the job done before that date, in fact they were able to complete the job even before the original time frame due to poor weather, all of our work was indoors so lucky us! The quality of work and service was great, They painted the living room closet as a bonus and did not charge more for that. They even did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done, and will be calling them in the future for any needs. They have very reasonable prices, great work and super service! Great company to work with!

They arrived promptly for the estimate and actual service. They worked continuously for 2 days and finished as they stated. They were very professional and cleaned up after each day and did exactly what was expected. We plan to use them again for the exterior painting.

We could not have found a more conscientious, attention to detail, painter. His proposal of cost and work to be done was the most detailed of the 3 estimates we received. Each day he would email us to let us know when he would arrive. Even though the paint colors we had chosen were a different brand than what Tony used, each color matched perfectly the ones we'd chosen. His proposal was based on 2 coats of paint for each room. Three of our rooms had a darker paint choice, which required Jose and his crew to paint them 3 or 4 times each, just to make sure everything was covered. The built in bookcases required extensive sanding and then 5 coats of paint! Despite the extra work and time it took to complete our home, Jose did not raise the cost from his original estimate. He also stated up front that we were to pay him only after the completion of his work, making sure we were totally satisfied. His crew was professional, courteous, and swept up at the end of each days painting.

Price is excellent and paint is included. Usually they do two coats but one (large) room required 3 coats. Jose did not charge extra. Their work is professional and looks great. First job took 2 1/2 days. Second job took 1 day. Patched the walls and got right down to painting. They did not waste any time.

These guys hit the right trade off between cost and quality for me. The price was reasonable and the work was good. There were a few very minor issues and they were very responsive and fixed them quickly. I will use them again. They were on time and kept to the schedule and price.

Mr. Rodriguez re-painted the bathroom of our new home. The original color was a neon bright color with stripes down the wall. He came to look at the area, provided a very reasonable offer (even better than I had hoped for), and was very knowledgable about the entire process. Once I called to confirm, he was very easy to work with and scheduled a date that worked perfectly for my schedule. He was on time, efficient, and did not even leave a mess at all! It's not often that you find someone who will actually clean up after themselves. He even provided the paint in his quote - all I had to do was go to lower, pick out a color, and email him the name of it. That was it! Now, the bathroom looks great. If I ever need any other rooms painted, he will definitely be the one i call. I have already recommended his services to several others, and will continue to do so in the future. His price, expertise, professionalism, and quality of work cannot be beat!

Mr. Rodriguez made an appointment to meet me and make an estimate for the job. He was punctual and professional. We accepted his estimate and the job was scheduled a couple weeks out. He was able to start a day early on the project. We discussed paint colors and he proceeded with the job. We were not happy with the color of the front door stain and he immediately removed it and replaced it with a much improved stain color. We are very pleased with what color he chose. He followed up the stain by sealing the door three times. He painted the garage door and foundation walls the same color gray. He painted the pillars and beam on front porch as well as frame for the front door white and painted the wrought iron railings black as agreed. He and his crew were prompt each day and did a superb job on all aspects of the project. He and his crew are very professional. We will hire Rodriguez Painting again for other painting projects in the future. We will also recommend him.

Jose and his crew were very prompt and professional. Did exactly what we wanted and beyond. Very efficient and cost effective. Would certainly recommend his services to anyone and I will be using again in the very near future.
