Description of Work: I had Susan Mcmillen who was my realtor through this office. She was superb. Very professional , through, and truly cares about the client. Would only recommend her in the future and will only use her if I ever buy or sell a house. Ask for Susan!! You will be extremely happy.

 + -1 moreOur agent helped us to get the stage set for pricing our property and putting it on the market. Their web resources and call center kept us well advised about web interest in our house, as well as when prospective buyers were coming to look at the house. Once we had an offer, our agent helped us with information so we could decide our next steps. She also came with us to the closing to conclude the entire process.
Description of Work: I sold my house through these folks in September 2011 - my agent was Mary Lou Barnhardt. I enjoyed working with Mary Lou and feel that the agency's resources and expertise helped me get the house sold in a frankly lousy market. I found Mary Lou to be intelligent, friendly and very motivated to help me get my house sold. As with all real estate agents and agencies these days, I would suggest that if you want to sell your house these days, you need to study the market and ask lots of questions about what is selling so that you can adjust your price accordingly. That way you can be an active partner in helping make your property to be as appealing to the buyer as possible.

She provided information and help with local and state property tax information that saved me hundreds of $$$$. She is a local that knows her turf very well!!!!
Description of Work: Help with finding home, watched with making sure all detail were covered during closing, Helped with calls to mortgage broker with complaints about agent, provided additional assistance with local questions about area. Remained in contact after sale as a friend!!!

 + -1 moreWe thought that Mary Lou went above and beyond. In the past we have had agents who only wanted to get the listing and we never heard from them again. I highly recommend Mary Lou.
Description of Work: We needed to sell our home. We call Prudential and Mary Lou answered the phone. She set up an appointment to meet us the next day and she gave us great recommendations for how to stage our home to help it sell. She did a very good market analysis of our neighborhood and showed us the best sale price for our home. Most agents we used in the past only put our home on MLS but Mary Lou also marketed our home on her website and she advertised us in the newspaper. She even did open houses on the weekend for us. She lived up to her name of Mary Lou Sold.
