+ -1 moreThe workers were a little inexperienced. They started late everyday. They had to work late every evening. They still need supervision. They did get all the work done in a satisfactory fashion. Glen is knowledgeable, and professional. I plan to use him on some other projects on my house.
Description of Work: Refurbished back deck. Removed old boards, added support where hot tub was, added bench seating around gazebo.

+ 0 moreMy screen porch needed to be re-screened because of hail and bird damage. The Screen Tight system on the porch is approximately 15 years old. Glenn, the general manager of the company, and his son did an excellent job. Glenn did the job exactly as promised, and I am pleased with the results. I will use Palmetto Home Improvement on future jobs around the house.

+ 2 moreFrom start to finish, the company was responsive to e-mail contacts and telephone calls. They moved in to do the work at an agreed upon date and did not drag out the job. When maintenance becomes necessary on this property again, I will contact them.
Description of Work: Palmetto listened to me in making repairs to the outside structure of a piece of rental property. I was extremely pleased with the company's responsiveness to my requests. As an absentee landlord with a less than satisfactory property management experience, I was very pleased that someone would evaluate the exterior home maintenance requirements and respond with what I felt to be fair pricing. Given the understanding that my opportunities to visit the property were limited, the company responded in a stellar fashion to provide pictures and recommendations for the necessary repairs.
