I called him back today to confirm the appointment and told him that I would be at my house all day. He thought I would be at work and that I would be leaving the money outside, I explained that I would pay him once his job is done. He then said he was going to come tomorrow and said "I texted you that, obviously you don't check your messages". I explained to him that my number he had for me was my home landline so I couldn't check messages sent to that number. He said I will come tomorrow but I'll charge you $50 for tomorrow and $40 for the next mowings. He said he already came out and surveyed the property to arrive at that price. I said that sounds kind of wishy washy and you should stick to your initial quote why raise the price by $10. He said I'm not trying to fraud you, you can go with someone else if you want. I said that's fine I will do that but I wanted to let you know that was very unprofessional and then he said" I'll make sure no one ever mows your lawn again".
