John arrived on time to quote the job, and came back with a good price. Door installed a week later. The installers did a great job in about 3 hours. I received a tutorial on the door opener function, and cautioned not to install a LED light, as that could interfere with remote door opening. They hauled away the old door and hardware. They left the area clean. Happy camper here.

Great customer service by John Geary (Owner) & John Morra (Technician). Only minor issue was glass panel design install and within a few weeks (special order) and replacement of desired design window panels very happy with this company and would gladly recommend if looking to install new door. They have a great assortment of garage doors/glass panel inserts at a good price.

Smoothly John explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Work was completed and done quickly. In a time of being Quarantined because I’m a high risk person, John had protective gear that put me at ease with our interaction. Definitely would recommend their service. Painless!!!!

They were able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. He found that the garage door spring was broken and needed to be replaced. He had the part on hand, took less than 30 minutes. Like new!

My garage door would not go down all the way when I used the panel. I called and Innovative Door Systems sent out a tech who suggested that I needed a new door. It was installed a week later, but did not fix the problem. He said I needed new electronics (motor, remote, etc) which would cost an additional $400. Instead, I called another company who merely adjusted the track that Innovative installed. The problem is now fixed.

In and out in a couple of hours. Very happy with results.

It was okay. The workers installed in a few hours but some of the panels were damaged. I didn't notice it until the advertising stickers they put over the holes fell off. They didn't have the right window pattern in stock so I had to wait a few weeks to get them. Both times (the install and the follow up to replace panels) I had to clean up afterwards.

Technicians arrived promptly and did a good job replacing rollers and adjusting. The work was done for the advertised price. However, the door has continued to exhibit alarming banging noises when operating and has subsequently occasionally failed to operate properly. It seems to bind and then reverses when lowering the door. Problem is intermittent and will require another diagnostic visit to fix.

Very pleased with the services rendered. He even changed a light bulb in the ceiling of the garage, when I asked him. I am 68 and do not do ladders very well, any more. Ten garage door rollers were replaced, and the chains inspected, tightened and lubricated. Garage door is much quieter now, and I am sure it is safer. Will do business again with Innovative Door Systems when the need arises. Highly recommended.
