Went great, very professional.

Ryan was great. He was running late but he called to let me know. He was very pleasant and asked it there was anything else he could do. I had broken both my wrists and my right arm back during the winter and have limited strength in my arms. I was afraid if I needed to leave the home during a power outage that I would not be able to lift garage door. He adjusted door so that I could lift it. Which was something he did not have to do.

Went great, showed on time, repaired was broken, serviced the rest of the door, and sold me another controller.

It went very well. The tech was at my home for about 40 minutes and performed everything to my satisfaction and the door has worked great ever since.

Overall very professional and honest. Will be using this company again when we decide to upgrade our garage doors!

It went very well. John was prompt (came the day after I contacted him), courteous, and professional. The garage door was much quieter and rolls more smoothly. He also replaced the bottom seal for an additional, reasonable fee. He didn't, as we feared, press us to buy any additional services or products. I will definitely use him again.

The service turned out very well. The technicians did a marvelous job. We actually ended up having the garage door replaced. They were also very courteous and professional. They gave us a choice between replacing the door or just repairing it and I appreciated their honesty. Scheduling was not an issue.

Awesome Service and Company! Our Overhead Garage company did not satisfy our needs so we Googled Overhead Garage Businesses in our area and found Innovative Door Systems and called immediately! They were at our house within 30 minutes, fixed the repairs that "our" company said could not be repaired, and charged us a very minimal charge! We were very impressed with their knowledge of the door! They were very professional yet made us feel like we were very important to them! I do believe we have found a new Overhead Door Business and will refer their businesses to others! Very Impressed!

Well worth the money. Working with these doors can be dangerous. Also he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My husband is an engineer and hates to have anyone do the work but himself. However, he was extremely pleased!

The quotes came quick and clear to understand. Pricing was reasonable. They explained the different doors and options. Once we decided, they ordered the doors and 3 weeks later brought them out, removed our old doors and installed the new ones. Great doors, very high quality. Good guys to work with.

The guy from Innovative Door Systems was very good. My compliments came out. He was in the neighborhood the day I bought the deal. He called me and showed up in a couple of hours. He fluffed it and buffed it and it works a lot better. I would use him again. There were no dislikes. He was prompt. He knew what he was doing. He did it. He did a good job and was a nice guy. I had no problem with the guy and he did what he was supposed to do. The final cost with the original estimate was the same. I bought whatever the special deal was and that was it. It was a good value and I would do it again. He was a first class guy. I would surely use this provider again in the future. I have got his card.

Their techncian worked quickly and also found that one of the sensors was not in place and fixed that as well. Since the wireless keypad was an add on for me, he had to come back with it. He returned two days later and installed it for me. I highly recommend them.

I thought the service provider would apply the 89.00 towards whatever repairs he did, but that was not the case. It was probably a good deal for what was listed, but this was not my problem.

John is a very friendly young man who obviously knows his business! He did a complete "tune up" of our 25 year old grage door system... changed all of the rollers, adjusted the spring tension, lubricated the tracks. The door operates like new, smooth and with much less noise. I will highly recommend John to anyone who needs this type of service.
