Description of Work: John called me to discuss the problem. One of our torsion springs broke and our track was misaligned. After describing the problem I texted him photos of the door. We have a custom, hodgepodge garage door (beautiful but very heavy). John came over to take a look (after viewing the pics and seeing the "custom" nature of our door).he quoted me a price for the spring, tracks, and basic tune up. |He sent his guy out the next day, he came and put the new spring on. It worked but not the way it should. He told me that our door was really too heavy for that spring and it would break again (he said these springs should last 10 years plus) anyways he called john, took that spring off and said john would do some research to get the right spring. I texted with john and a day later the same gentleman (I forgot his name) came out, installed new spring, aligned the tracks and wheels properly and greased everything. Our garage door has never worked so good! Our opener is even running "silent" now. |My only con was that as far as appointment time they ran 30 minutes behind and on the reschedule day 1hour 1/2 behind, so you may want to plan accordingly. I didn't feel it was negligent only the unpredictability of repairing garage doors. |I already referred Innovative and John to my husband's boss. |I will certainly use them in the future

All is good and I would recommend them highly. Even though the central office is Easley, they service the entire Upstate. |

Description of Work: Serviced my garage door and replaced all the rollers which does make it alot quieter but they didnt think to check my remotes which I found out the next day one was not responding (working) as it should. I called them and they said they don't check these unless the homeowner mentions a problem and they(kind of,) gave me a solution to the problem, to get a new battery for my 11&1/2 year old remote opener.

Description of Work: They called me the day after I purchased the "deal", and arranged to come out to my house within a day or two (I don't remember exactly, but it was really quick). On the appointed day, they called and said that they were running a little late, and would be at my house about 1/2 hour late. They then showed up as they said they would, serviced my garage door, fixed a minor problem, and were on their way. The whole job probably took 20-25 minutes, and I am pleased as punch. The door now operates flawlessly and is much quieter that it used to be.
