They arrived and went directly to work. The had my garage door up and opening and closing amazingly quick and were very professional about there task. They didn't leave garbage or old parts laying around. Very happy!

John, the owner, called me within 30 minutes of my inquiry with HomeAdvisor. He was professional polite and set up a time to do an estimate. The work was done quickly and done well. The crew was punctual and did a great clean up job as well.

IDS did a great job installing my new door for less than what I was going to spend to do it myself. my only comment that keeps them from getting 5 stars overall is that they were late to the consultation and to the install. But this is a small company moving from job to job, so I can understand some delay. Excellent installation, quality work, and they were done in a few hours. would definitely recommend.
