The individual called my house twice to setup an appointment. He was courteous and listened patiently to the situation. The appointment was for 9am-9:30am--he arrived @8:59am! The two guys worked patiently and tested the door multiple times before leaving.

Came out and checked everything on the door. Called genie for me to check warranty even though he really didn't have to. Coming back once part is received to install. Both Guy were very professional and will recommend to any other potential customers! Will use them for all of my garage door needs! Came back today to install parts. Door is working great. Was very suprised by their expert service. I was actually contacted on Sunday the same day I submitted the request. They came out on Monday and gave me quote which was about 40 percent less that other companies that I had contacted. They had the door in stock and installed it on Tuesday. Then the bearing in the opener was bad due to the old door malfunctioning and they actually had the part on their truck and installed it. Garage door works great. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their excellant service and response time. They did everything they said they would and in a very timely manner for a great price. Thanks so much.

I was told that we would receive a free quote. They came out and saw that all we needed was some WD-40 sprayed on the tracks of the garage door. They started spraying the WD-40 and I was impressed that they were doing this for us and then I asked if we owed anything and they told us $75.00 for the service call. Our door is fixed and works fine but they said "free" estimate and began spraying the WD-40 and did not ask if it was okay to proceed with the work. $75.00 would buy a LOT of WD-40. They would have made more money on referrals if they would have not charged for simply spraying WD-40. They were there for less than 10 minutes.
