IDS did a great job installing my new door for less than what I was going to spend to do it myself. my only comment that keeps them from getting 5 stars overall is that they were late to the consultation and to the install. But this is a small company moving from job to job, so I can understand some delay. Excellent installation, quality work, and they were done in a few hours. would definitely recommend.

John came and he he was so easy to deal with, knows what he is doing and he fixed the garage door very quick although he switched the broken spring to a new complete system. His price is competitive and the quality is great. I will hire him again, no doubt about it.

John Geary came to the house the day after I called and gave me an estimate to repair a garage door. We determined a date when they could do the repair. Ryan came Friday afternoon, added a brace to both doors, set spring tension and lubricated the rollers. Fast response. Great job. Positive attitude even in the bitter cold. Would use them again.
