The owner John returned my call on a Sunday evening. A two man crew arrived the next day on Monday. I couldnâ t open my garage door so it was an inconvenience to me but I never expected the work would be done so quickly. The crew was extremely polite, courteous and very efficient. I highly recommend IDS for all your garage door needs. This company is truly a class act!

The guys were very professional and quick. They replaced two garage door springs in about 30 minutes and performed lubrication and set the travel on the door. The only problem was the price, $1200. I thought this was excessive for two springs and 30 minutes of labor. They did make two trips and they are located about 60 miles from my home.

These gentlemen were amazing! Very polite and respectful. They were in and out in less than an hour. Our garage door has never worked more smoothly and quietly.
