Showed up on time. Professional and friendly. Was able to give me a work around for the non-working garage opener - which unfortunately can't be fixed and will eventually have to be replaced - but he only charged me half rate since it couldn't be repaired. Didn't try to push me on a new opener now. Will definitely call them back to install new one when the time comes.

I planned on tightening the garage door spring myself (I insulated the door and the added weight caused an unbalanced condition in the door), but after adding up the cost of winding bars, trips to the hardware store and potential hospital bill for "not knowing how to do it properly and safely," I decided they saved me a big headache and possible injury....well worth having pros do it.

Could't be happier. Showed up early, was very knowledgeable. Installed a new opener in less than an hour at a great price!

Quick response, showed up on time to do the work. Did only the work required/requested to replace entry keypad and provide two new remotes. All programmed and checked to be working correctly before they left. Highly recommended.

Yay Home Advisor!! I was in a complete panic when I discovered yesterday morning that my garage door was broken and we could not get our car out of the house due to broken springs (or something!) After going online, I ended up on the phone with the most helpful Home Advisor rep who got me in touch with Innovative Door Systems. The folks at Innovative were very quick to help us out. Within 1 1-2 hours on a holiday Monday, they were at our home and to the rescue to get us out of the house and on our way. By the next afternoon our door was completely repaired. The gentlemen at Innovative were prompt, efficient, professional, very reasonably priced, and very kind. I could not be happier both with this contractor and with Home Advisor for finding them for us!
