I was hoping I would not have to replace my garage door opener. It just needed an adjustment. The men who came to my home were professional, honest, and friendly.

Professional, left no mess, good and patient communication and prompt, and excellent, I highly recommend him. I hope to use them again for some needed renovation repairs.

The installation person was very efficient , It was done with their specified time and he cleaned up after himself. I wasn't offered the better door from start. Which disappointed me. I wish I had been offered different types and allow me to decide. Fortunately I had gotten another quote and was educated on the different door qualities. I think educating the customers about their options would be a plus.

I had an older garage door that was malfunctioning and had a cracked header. I did a search on Home Advisor and found IDS. messaged them through Home Advisor app on Sunday and they were here on Monday to diagnose the door. Ultimately I went with the option to completely replace the garage door and am happy with their service and the door overall. I will use them again in the future for yearly maintenance and any future work.

The gentlemen who came and fixed my garage door were very professional and did a great job. My issue is with the company policy of charging 3 times the amount because I said it was an emergency. I was never told this fact when I called and ordered service. The basic bill was $60 and there was another $125 charged on top of that because I said it was and emergency. Total unfair business process. I should have been told that fact up front.
