the only thing i would have liked would have been an itemized estimate which could have been e-mailed or texted. I could have quickly comparison shopped, still select Innovative Door but would have been far more likely to recommend to others. Tech was quick, professional and able to answer my questions.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Innovative Door Systems from start to finish. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. I submitted a request on their website late Friday night after work hours, not expecting a call until the next week. Instead they called back that night and scheduled a time for Monday at 9:00 am. Sure enough they were there on Monday and quickly fixed my broken spring. That is amazing service. My wife praised me for fixing the garage door so quickly and gave me the credit for the speed of the fix when in actuality all I did was post a request on their website. Innovative Door Systems Thanks for making me look good! Also, the guy who called me back on Friday night was very nice and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. I know it is hard to estimate without ever seeing the work and I'm sure it can come back to bite them later. But I appreciated that he gave me a rough estimate over there phone. Thank you. The service man that did the fix was nice, preformed the work well, and did it quickly. I couldn't ask for more. I don't remember a time were I have been this pleased with the whole process of dealing with a contractor from start to finish. Great job.
