these guys did a great job. im a little late with my over all review because i wanted 2 test it b4 i spoke on using the garage door opener. It works great! the service was fast and affordable?

Some mounting screws are cross threaded. It is not a quality product It already sags and company owner stated that is expected for that span. I do appraisals and have seen numerous other garage doors with that span and it does not sag. It is already popping screw heads and separating screens. Tempted to request my money back as within a year It will need replaced. They did not show me how to connect WIFI to opener.

Great company! Installer came out to my house at a time that worked for me to install my garage door opener. I purchased the unit myself so I just needed it installed. Come to find out my door was not sitting level because the coil/spring was broken and needed to be replaced. Not great news for me, but they had a replacement with them and they were able to replace that so the door would function properly. The new opener was much needed as well. Needless to say, they got the whole system running like brand new!

Only a short wait to get the job scheduled and done. Two-man creww arrived when scheduled and did the job quickly. Both employees knowledgeable, friendly and competent. The new door looks great and operates smoothly and quietly. They even reset my coded entry device for me. I was totally satisfied. I would gladly recommend IDS to anyone needing garage door work.
