Showed up early, got the door back on track and repaired, and were very professional.

The work done was excellent, the installers were great, however I feel I was price gouged by the owner. We negotiated a price for the installation, however the boards for the door tracks, which I didn't know about, were not installed by the builder and the owner of Innovative Doors never mentioned them. He told me what was needed but left out these boards. When the installers arrived and pointed this out the job was rescheduled. When they returned the price of the installation went up by $500.00 for three boards they could have picked up at home depot (5 minutes away). I feel like they took advantage of the situation and slammed me for 3 boards. I can't blame the builders, I just asked them to enclose an open carport and make an opening for an 18' garage door. If anyone is going to use this company, have a builder that knows what garage door openers need or look up on youTube what's involved with installing a garage door. It's on me for not doing that.
