Very professional and fast

They were honest with me and confirmed the damage was cosmetic and the garage door was functionally sound. I elected to leave it alone as the cosmetic damage was minor. Great communication and they showed up on time. I will call them first if I need garage door repairs in the future.

Very pricey but thought it was worth it since they carried the spring I needed on the truck. But they arrived, changed the spring, got paid, and left. When we tried to close the garage door that evening the garage door closed crookedly and got stuck, trapping my vehicle in the garage. Just a side note: It worked manually until this company came out. When I called the next day (which was a Saturday). I was told they did not have anyone available and I would have to wait until Monday. There was no concern that my only mode of transportation was trapped in my garage because of them. Anyway, found someone else to come out and fix this companies errors on a Saturday. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And will definitely not call them when we replace our garage doors in the near future.

Innovative doors is the only company that had garage doors in stock.i had to have a new door right away.1st bid was $600 less,second bid was $400 less for the same door . To top it off,when they came out for bid ,I asked if that was total price and they said yes,but when it came time to pay,they charged me an extra $96 for using credit card . Nobody has doors,ships are sitting off the coast full of doors waiting to be delivered. Innovative doors is price gouging out of people.

Had a great experience. They came on time and identified the problem quickly. They had my garage door working again in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with the work. The only thing I wished was different was during our phone call to set up the appointment, I wish they would have let me know of the service charge for just coming out to check the problem. I honestly would have stilled used them but it would have been nice to know that before hand. But really nice and professional people!
