Apparently their internal scheduler told them the wrong time for our appointment. Luckily they happened to have an opening and asked to come "early" which was actually their scheduled time anyway. Didn't clean up after themselves very well, and the price was on the higher side, and still have one of the issues I called about. But other than that, guess they did an ok job.

Converted garage door spring to a better spring system after the original spring broke at the worst possible time. Came out on a Saturday which was appreciated. The price was high but he matched another lower quote I had. The garage door works better and sounds better than ever. They warranty the work for one year.
