+ -1 moreNeil was a delight to work with. Unfortunately, my grout had been clear sealed too recently, and the color seal he was going to do, would not stick to the grout. He was honest about the project not being able to be performed correctly, and was unable to complete. The one tile was replaced and I was very pleased-cost: $75
