Description of Work: Used them twice for sprinkler valve replacement. Their response is good, but their labor charges are outrageous. Work quality ok. the valves the used are causing water hammer in plumbing since they used low grade valves. High quality valves should have adjustment for soft turn on and off. Do not use these people unless you want to get ripped off. Update 11/23/2012 they may have found the location of the valves in my yard (never had anyone try to find them before) but they charged a stiff hourly rate for doing this and spent a lot of time digging around in back yard instead of being methodical and organized with search. As I said earlier, you can use them, but expect to pay a very premium price.
