Description of Work: I called Brezeale because I had new counters and a sink installed. My old plumber retired. I also got a new kitchen faucet. I called them to install the faucet because I couldn't get it to work properly, only hot water would run. They charged me $75 per hour including travel time of $75.00 per hr. When I asked their location the woman said by Walmart in Easley. I asked if she knew of anyone closer or less expensive and she told me no. When he arrived he did not introduce himself but the truck said Brezeale Plumbing and Sewer.He tracked in mud. I told him I had tried to install the faucet twice but couldn't get it to work. He moved the lever from side to side and told me it was broken. I responded that I had blown into the supply lines and moved the lever before installing it the second time and the valve inside it seemed to work. He said it was broken and he could install the old faucet. I said ok. He told me to turn off the water to the lines from the well. It takes a long time to empty the lines and the tank from the well and a long time to fill them up. I asked if I could turn it off at the tank,He said, "I don't know anything about that stuff". That sunday I hooked up the supply lines of the new faucet to the supply and worked it over a bucket. It worked fine so I took out the old faucet and rereinstalled the new one. It works great. I don't know why it didn't work I had obviously goofed up,but it does now with the plumber being a 69 yr old non-plumber woman recovering from cancer. By the way, I just turned off the water under the sink rather than drain all the water out. Mr. Brezeals work was worthless since he did not do what I needed done and excessively time consuming. The installation of the new Delta bathroom faucet was also very inept. He called me into the bathroom to show me his work and the water would not turn off. He blamed it on a backward cartridge in the handles. I have since called Delta faucet and spoke to a rep, Alysha. She stated that the cartridges are installed by machine and the faucets are pressure tested twice. Almost impossible to be backwards. I told her how he couldn"t get the water to turn off when he showed me the installation.That isn't a result of a backwards cartridge but of a failure to tighten the bonnet nut on the stem unit. By the way, he used the valves to turn off the water that are under the sink rather than having me drain the pipes again. My grandson,almost 17, was here that day due to no school he saw some of this going on. The bill was not itemized so I asked him how long the trip was. He told me 50 min. He answered the BBB complaint with 30 min.travel time. When I called and finally after insistent asking the woman where they were and a request for a partial refund the told me they were on Kay Dr. Mapquest approx 41-43 min. Mr Brezeale refused to consider a partial refund when he called me per my request to the woman.

Description of Work: Shower and tub drain had slowed to a trickle and the wax bowl ring that I had replaced in the guest bath still let septic tank odors seep into the bathroom. The drain was cleared and the ring replaced.

Description of Work: Replaced stem on leaky faucet in bathtub.

Description of Work: I called to see if they could look at a venting problem I had and give me an estimate. They suggested I call another plumber who might be better suited to handle my problem, they gave me the name and number of J.C's plumbing and asked that I mentioned there name when I called.

Description of Work: He changed out a connection joint on my soft water filter in my kitchen.

Description of Work: He replaced a seal on the commode in my bathroom.
