Your estimate was completed and emailed to two seperate email addresses on 7/16/2013. After your call using the email addresses you gave us we emailed again on 7/17/2013 and a third time on 7/23/2013. I will attempt to resend again today as a response to your complaint. We of course are always available should you have any questions or prefer us to contact you another way. We appreciate all of our customers and the opportunity to serve their propane and appliance needs.

Blossman sales staff worked with me to select and locate proper size gas heater. Installers did an excellent, professional job installing Trac gas pipe and space heater. It was raining on the day they installed the heater. Job required that they go in and out multiple times, but they took care to make sure they did not get the basement carpet wet or muddy. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and can enjoy the heated basement now.
Description of Work: Installed Rinnai gas space heater in basement.
