Chris called us within one minute of sending an email through Home Advisor. He said he would show up in the afternoon. It's now the next morning and we have not heard from him. Would have been nice if he had the decency to call us to let us know he would not show up.

Great customer service. I found Chris on homeadvisor.com. He had someone out to service my ac within an hour. An hour later I had cold air again. Very reasonably priced,and the worker was very friendly and answered all my questions and even gave me some tips.I will call Chris next time I have AC issues.

Overall it was a great experience and he was very knowledgeable about the issue I had. We had a minor scheduling issues in the beginning but was able to reschedule for the very next day. Even though I had to go to class he came back and fix my AC without any problems. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone.
