Chris Foster Heating & Air

Paid full price for a new a/c unit $4,000. It was not installed correctly and leaked and caused major damage to my historical home. He has not offered to help with any of the damages, even wanted to charge me a service call for coming out and looking at the damages he had caused.

They came to my house looking for a leak in my A/C unit. They installed nitrogen in my line and never came back. Left my unit in lock down for two weeks. stay away from these people

Not only were they responsive and reliable, but they got the job done quickly. One of their team members diagnosed the issue and provided me with input to make an informed decision. They completed the work the very next day. Though they seemed pricey, they were below the average cost for this installation.

Christ was late did call but then was later than he said without a call. He was to be back to repair my unit on Wednesday no show so I called him at 5:40 PM he was still waiting on a part. Very poor communication. My unit is still broken.

Hate to only give 4 stars as I appreciate we are not his only customer at this unprecedented weather experience. Our thermostat problem remains and I am sure he will eventually get back to us.

I used the recommendation from home advisory to use Chris Foster and he responded almost immediately and he was able to work us into his schedule. They arrived a little later than promised but he did call indicating they were running late due to an earlier service call. Once they were here the inspection was very fast and indicated no problems. The service is terrible. I paid 675.00 for them to come out and repair my heat pump, it was freezing up and not putting out air. They came out and replaced a valve, that took a week to get in July. Two months later, the unit was doing the same thing. Now they said they will come out and replace some kind of switch. That was the end of Sept. It is now Oct 12, and still no show, no call, nothing. I called again and left a message this morning. Do not use this company.

Professional and fast. There was no evidence they entered my home other than the coolness I felt for the first time in about a week and a half. I was freezing by the time I went to bed. Chris was upfront and took the time to explain everything, the crew that followed were just as professional, courteous and fast.

He still came out to access the situation. He met me just after 1pm and by 9pm I had a brand new air conditioner and furnace installed. The price was way better than I thought it would be and I received a military discount. Strongly recommend Chris and his team.

He did the servicing of my heating and AC and explained to me everything he was doing. He did not try to over charge me, and everything was done efficiently. They offer a very professional service, and I will definitely use their service again.

Chris is an honest and "tell it like it is" professional. If all his crew follow his lead, and I can only assume they do, then this company should be on your quick dial for HVAC issues. FREE diagnostic and quote prior to repairs being made. No b/s service call fees like these other companies around town. I had an issue with the AC compressor which turned into a larger issue as they diagnosed the problem. Without the parts on hand they had to return the next day. And return they did. On time and with parts in hand they completed the job quickly and at one heck of a fair price. I found my HVAC company for future installs and repairs. I definitely recommend Chris Foster Heating and Air. If they treat you like they treated me then you will not be disappointed.

Honest. Good value. Work was excellent. The crew worked very efficiently; each had a specific role and when they got to work they worked like madmen. Twice they worked into the evening to finish.

Tanner came out and explained everything that was wrong and everything he did to fix it. Super nice and very professional. Chris Foster was the only one not to charge me a diagnostics fee to come out and tell me what was wrong. When he filled it up with freon he charged me much cheaper than others quoted me! We will be using them in the future when it's time to replace our entire system. Super professional and super informative! Highly recommend Chris Foster AC repair!! Thank again guys! God bless

They are courteous, prompt, and do what say they will do, as scheduled, for a fair price. They came behind another contractor's inept work that damaged my drain line and came up with an innovative solution that solved the problem without having to have an unsightly drain line running down the side of my house. Additionally, they saved me over $700 in cost compared to the other contractor's bid for remediation.

I returned home @ 9pm on Sunday night after a week away to no air-conditioning. I called at 10pm and was shocked when he phone was answered. Chris was able to fit me into the next days schedule. This was over the 4th of July weekend. Tanner came out as scheduled and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They are very professional and personal. I highly recommend them!

Kept informed until arrival. Personable and professional. It was hot and Chris got me back up and running in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations if ever I need a new A/C Unit.
