I had a great experience with this company. Great service. Very fast service. Came out next day. Explained everything that was done. Didn't over charge me. Great service for the money. This company will be the one I call for service on unit. I will definitely recommend thrm to others.

Simple swap out of a capacitor on the heat pump. Took 10 minutes. Nice guys.

Chris came on Sunday, within an hour of me calling. Got my AC unit up and running. Outstanding work ethic, great price, great guy. We will be hiring him to repair my elderly grandmothers heat pump in the very near future.

The technician, was over thirty minutes late to the appointment, and I had not received a call or text or any type of explanation. I sent a text to cancel the appointment. I planned to call another company and request a quote. Chris sent me a text and asked if he could send another technician over to diagnose the issue. Nick came and he was great!! He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had the problem fixed in one day. Nick was personable and professional. He definitely took care of the problem, and my unit has been working well.

Quickly corrected the issues I was experiencing with my air conditioning and had it back on in under an hour! Good price and quick response.

Chris Foster Heating & Air returned my call within the day. They came out the same day as the call and diagnosed my cooling problem. They provided several alternative solutions with the pros and cons of each. I decided on a new unit. The cost was competitive and affordable. I contacted them on a Friday and they did the installation on a Sunday. The unit is working fine and I now have air conditioning on the second level of my house. I would definitely highly recommend this company as the owner and the staff were professional, informative, and caring about my situation. They went over and above what I required and they more than met my expectations. It is my understanding that they also work on dryers and hot water heaters. I will definitely use them when I need servicing or installation of these items. I give them 5 stars simply because I can't give 10.
